R.E.M. Announce North American Tour
To support their upcoming release Accelerate, due out on April 1, R.E.M. will hit the road beginning in May.
The tour kicks off in Vancouver on May, 23 and will run into June, but those haven’t been announced yet. Joining the Athens natives on the road will be Modest Mouse and The National.
R.E.M. will perform at the Langerado Festival in Florida or March 8 and then off to the South By Southwest Festival in Austin on March 12.

I’ve never seen them live, and I’ve missed them the last couple of times that they came to town, I’m thinking I may have to catch them this time around.
