Billy Corgan Makes Frances Bean Cobain Cry

I usually I don’t post about these silly gossip stories, but this is just funny; since it makes my man Billy Corgan look like a jerk.
Here’s what’s going on between the friends and collaborators, which is according to Courtney Love. Alright, maybe this needs some verification, but let’s roll with it.
Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love’s only child Frances Bean is turning 16, which means that she’s having a Sweet 16 party, with a performance by My Chemical Romance. Oh the joy!
Anyways, Corgan will not be attending the festivities, which supposedly made Frances Bean cry, which in turn ticked off Courtney, which made her take to the internet.
Here’s what she had to state: “Corgan, I’m at work and am too tired to find you or get a number that you still have not sent me“. Love also added,”Out of whatever misguided shame thing you’re going through (that is a private conversation), you do not make children cry. A sweet sixteen is a big event and I think she looked upon you as family. I know she did, as a trustworthy and wise (child), and you can’t lay your s— on a child of [m]ine, and you as a man of 40 — my child sobbing, due to you, is unacceptable. I hate stating this on some random public forum, but the line is the kid, man. The line is the kid, and she does not get to shed tears over you. Her family has already done that.”
Love continued her rant by adding, “From now on, and trust me, she will never call you again”. But, Courtney didn’t stop there, “You can speak to me and I will pass it on to my family … which won’t happen due to this absurd shame you are having. I was and won’t ever say anything of negative content publicly about you – but you made my 14 year old child sob on purpose. That is enough of you. You’re the last man on the island, yet you don’t understand why they are all so alienating. Hubris, my dear Hubris, on a level I’ve never known, the frenzy of reknown [sic], you miss so terribly. Just admit it, accept it, and let it go. In the meantime, don’t make my kid or anyone’s kid cry again.”
Ah, rock star feuds are amusing. Especially coming from folks like Courtney Love and Billy Corgan. I really hope he responds, cause that should be a good one.
