I always think that AIC were the first of these bands that were able to experiment with being loud and soft. That's not to say that other bands didn't at some point, but AIC seemed more than willing to showcase those two sides. Exactly!

AIC were the first "grunge" band I got into simply because they had so much more melody than anyone else. They could brutally rip your face off and then quitely rip shreds of skin off without you noticing. I love that EP and Dirt. How good was this EP.
